3. Enter you name or Organisation, whatever you wish to be displayed
as sender information.
Now click Next.

4. Enter your Email Address and click Next.

5. Select POP3 as the Server Type. Enter "pop.webage.co.uk"
for Incoming and
"smtp.webage.co.uk" for
Outgoing mail then click Next.

6. Your POP Account name is your Email Address.
Enter this into Account Name, then enter
your password.
Now click Next.

7. Click "Finish" to complete the creation of the new account.
8. We now need to make some modifications that were not available when we added this account.
Click on the new mail account and choose Properties. This will open the Account Properties on
the General Tab. Fill out your details and ensure you Email address is also your Reply Address.

9. Now click on the Servers Tab. In the Outgoing Mail section, tick the box labelled
"My server requires authentication", then click the Settings Button.

10. Ensure the Outgoing Mail Server is set to use the same settings as your incoming mail.
Then click "OK". Then Click "Apply" on Account Properties. Then OK.
